All products sold on our website are authentic Smart Miswak products, officially distributed in Qatar by Smart M for Trading. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as possible.
جميع المنتجات المباعة على موقعنا هي منتجات Smart Miswak أصلية، يتم توزيعها رسمياً في قطر من قِبل سمارت ام للتجارة.
3. Pricing & Payment | الأسعار والدفع
All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept payments through the available methods on our website.
جميع الأسعار مدرجة بالريال القطري. نحتفظ بالحق في تغيير الأسعار في أي وقت. يجب إتمام الدفع وقت الشراء.
4. Orders & Delivery | الطلبات والتوصيل
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We deliver to all areas across Qatar. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location. Smart M for Trading is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
تُعالَج الطلبات خلال 1-3 أيام عمل. نوصل لجميع مناطق قطر. لا تتحمل سمارت ام للتجارة المسؤولية عن التأخيرات الناجمة عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
5. Returns & Refunds | الإرجاع والاسترداد
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that opened or used oral care products, including toothbrushes, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Only sealed, unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
يخضع الإرجاع والاسترداد لسياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد الخاصة بنا. لا يمكن إرجاع منتجات العناية بالفم المفتوحة أو المستخدمة لأسباب النظافة.
