1. Delivery Coverage | نطاق التوصيل
We deliver to all areas across Qatar, including Doha and all surrounding regions.
نوصل لجميع مناطق قطر، بما في ذلك الدوحة وجميع المناطق المحيطة بها.
2. Processing Time | وقت معالجة الطلب
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
تُعالَج جميع الطلبات خلال 1-3 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع. الطلبات المقدمة في عطل نهاية الأسبوع أو الإجازات الرسمية ستُعالَج في يوم العمل التالي.
3. Delivery Timeframes | مواعيد التوصيل
Standard delivery within Qatar: 2-5 business days Express delivery: 1-2 business days (where available)
التوصيل العادي داخل قطر: 2-5 أيام عمل التوصيل السريع: 1-2 يوم عمل (حيث يتوفر)
4. Shipping Fees | رسوم الشحن
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.
Free shipping is available on orders over QAR 200.
يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند الدفع بناءً على موقعك وخيار التوصيل المحدد.
الشحن مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز 200 ريال قطري.
5. Order Tracking | تتبع الطلب
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email with your tracking information.
بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني تتضمن معلومات التتبع.
6. Failed Delivery | فشل التوصيل
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule. A second delivery attempt may incur additional fees.
إذا فشلت محاولة التوصيل بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو غياب المستلم، سيتواصل معك فريقنا عبر واتساب لإعادة الجدولة.
7. Damaged Orders | الطلبات التالفة
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
إذا وصل طلبك تالفاً، يرجى التواصل معنا فوراً مع صور للمنتج والتغليف التالف. سنرتب لاستبدال أو استرداد وفقاً لسياسة الإرجاع.
8. International Shipping | الشحن الدولي
Currently, we only ship within Qatar. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
