Return Policy | سياسة الإرجاع

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at smartmiswak.qa@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, our team will arrange to collect the item directly from your location within Qatar — no need to ship anything. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues | الأضرار والمشكلات

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items | الاستثناءات / المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

For hygiene and personal safety reasons, toothbrushes and oral care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, regardless of the return window. This policy applies to all Smart Miswak brush products. Only sealed, unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges | الاستبدال

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds | المبالغ المستردة

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
